Check when and where to pick up your race kit

A great running weekend is just around the corner! Before the start, we invite all participants to collect their race kits. The Race Office will be open on October 2 and 3, 2026, at the Poznań International Fair (Międzynarodowe Targów Poznańskie), in Pavilion No. 3.

The race kit can be collected upon presentation of a starting card or an identity document. Below you will find all the key information to help you smoothly prepare for the collection.

Starting card – where to find it?

  • On October 1, 2026, you will receive an SMS with a link to your starting card sent to the phone number provided during registration.

  • The starting card will also be available from October 1 on your runner’s profile.

  • Download your starting card and show it at the Race Office – in this case, presenting an ID document will not be necessary.

  • Don’t have your starting card, but know your bib number? You can also pick up your kit by presenting an ID document.

  • Can’t pick up your kit in person? You can give your starting card to someone else, who will collect the kit on your behalf.

Race Office opening hours

  • October 2, 2026 (Friday) from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

  • October 3, 2026 (Saturday) from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM*

*Poznań Five participants will be able to collect their race kits starting from 7:00 AM.

From October 1 to 3, 2026, we are at your disposal:

On Sunday (October 4), the Race Office is closed. On this day, it will no longer be possible to collect race kits or contact the Office by phone. On this day, all our attention is directed to what matters most – your start, the course, and the finish line. We will oversee the smooth running of the event and do everything to make this day a special running celebration for you.
