This year’s medal honors the 150th anniversary of the birth of Cyryl Ratajski — the pre-war mayor of Poznań. The silver-toned medal features his portrait alongside a map of Poznań’s streets.
Crafted from metal alloys, the medal is 7 cm in diameter and 7 mm thick. The front side shows the marathon date and logo, while the reverse includes Ratajski’s birth and death dates, his key roles, and space for the runner’s name and finish time.
Personal engraving will be available right after the race at the finish zone on the Poznań International Fair. You can pre-order this service in the registration form or decide on race day at the engraving place.
The medals will be awarded to all finishers of the LOTTO 24. Poznań Marathon named after Maciej Frankiewicz. The ribbon design matches the vibrant graphics of this year’s race shirts.
Don’t miss your chance to sign up for the marathon and the accompanying Poznań Five — a 5K run happening on Saturday, October 11. It’s a perfect warm-up before Sunday’s big race! You can sign up here.
We are honored to have LOTTO as the title partner of this year’s event. We also gratefully acknowledge the support of: Fundacja Pho3nix, Dr Witt, Browar Fortuna, Aquanet, Żabka, AdRunaLine and Body Chief.
