As a result of anti-doping tests conducted in accordance with the applicable WADA regulations, a decision was made to disqualify the competitor who was the first to register at the finish line of the 23rd Poznań Marathon.

The results of anti-doping tests showed the presence of prohibited substances in a sample belonging to Celestine Temko Kwachuwai (KEN). The organiser disqualified the athlete. The winner of the 23rd Poznań Marathon in the women’s general classification was Daiana Ocampo (ARG) 02:33:57.

Women’s general classification:

• 1st place Daiana Ocampo (ARG)
• 2nd place Izabela Paszkiewicz (POL)
• 3rd place Lina Kiriliuk (LTU)
