You can now sign up for Pozna\u0144 Five \u2013 the accompanying race to the Pozna\u0144 Marathon. This will be the fourth edition of the 5-kilometer race, which is attracting growing interest among runners in the capital of Greater Poland.<\/p>\n

This year, the 5k race will take off on the eve of the jubilee 25th Maciej Frankiewicz Pozna\u0144 Marathon. The start will take place from Grunwaldzka Street on October 3rd at 10:00 AM. The runner limit is set at 3,000 people.<\/p>\n
“There can be many reasons to compete in Pozna\u0144 Five. It is a fantastic opportunity to start your adventure with street running. It is also an option for young male and female athletes, as since last year, participants aged 15 and older are allowed to start. For marathoners, it can also serve as a warm-up before Sunday’s royal distance. I invite everyone, regardless of their motivation. See you at the starting line!” says \u0141ukasz Miadzio\u0142ko, Director of the Pozna\u0144 Marathon.<\/p>\n
During last year’s third edition of Pozna\u0144 Five, as many as three records were broken. The attendance record reached 1,867 people, while the course records were set by Sebastian Nowicki (14:26) and Beata Micha\u0142k\u00f3w (16:44).<\/p>\n
For the second time, we will prepare an official T-shirt for the Pozna\u0144 Five runners. We will reveal the design soon, and the T-shirts can be purchased for 70 PLN each when signing up for the race. You will also be able to buy one after registering, up until September 1, 2026, at the latest. The option to purchase a T-shirt is available after logging into your runner profile.<\/p>\n
The entry fee for Pozna\u0144 Five is 90 PLN. Runners who settle their taxes in Pozna\u0144 can benefit from a 25% discount as part of the OK Pozna\u0144 program.<\/p>\n
Registration takes place via the registration form available on the Pozna\u0144 Marathon website. Applications will be accepted until October 1, 2026, or until the participant limit is reached.
