Scheduled for October 18 this year The 21st PKO Poznań Marathon will not take place. What’s next?

Due to the ongoing SARS-CoV2 coronavirus epidemic, the 21st PKO Poznań Marathon is postponed to October 17, 2021.

If you have been assigned a race number, you can:

  • transfer the paid fee from the so-called a guarantee of price stability for the new date of the Marathon
    or
  • resign from participation and receive a refund of the registration fee

Regardless of which option you choose, mark your choice on your runner profile.

I use the option of transferring the fee to a new Marathon date, i.e. 17.10.2021.

Choosing this option:

  • go to the website: www.marathon.poznan.pl
  • log in to your runner’s profile: https://runner.marathon.poznan.pl
  • click on the option: „I am leaving the entry fee for the next year – 17.10.2021”
  • click the green box: „Send”

In the case of transferring the entry fee to the next year, you do not need to re-register for the race. We will only ask you (after reopening the registration) to log in to your runner profile in order to update your data and check the relevant GDPR consents. Then you will automatically receive a bib number.

I resign from participation and I want to get a refund of the entry fee

Choosing this option:

  • go to the website: www.marathon.poznan.pl
  • log in to your runner’s profile: https://runner.marathon.poznan.pl
  • click on the option: „I want to receive a refund”
  • click the green box: „Send”

In a situation where:

  • your application has been paid for by bank transfer
  • cash
  • or you changed the account number from which the starting fee was paid

send your current bank account number  to info@marathon.poznan.pl with the application number and the starting number.

At the same time, we would like to inform you that the fees of runners who want to receive a refund of the entry fee will be refunded immediately, but not later than by 30/11/2020. Persons to whom the starting fee will be refunded and to whom a VAT invoice has been previously issued will receive its correction.

If you do not remember the password to your runner profile, click „reset password”. You will receive a new one to the e-mail address provided in the application.

If you do not remember the login or e-mail provided in the application, write to us at the following address: info@marathon.poznan.pl – we will contact you and solve the problem.
