Applications and payments

  1. The deadline for applications is on 8th of October 2012.
  2. The right to free of charge participation on the condition of applying untill 8thof October 2012 have the following people:
    • participants who have finished 12 Marathons in Poznań – "Poznań Marathon"
    • people invited by the Marathon's Direcor himself
  3. The right to 50% discount on the start fee have the following participants:
    • men and women above 60 and more years of age
  4. The Organizer limits the number of participants at 7 000 people.
  5. Applications will be accepted via the application form on the Internet page and in the Marathon's Office on application cards of Poznań Marathon (photocopies are also accepted).
  6. Applications are valid after delivering by participants filled up application forms and coming in the oraganizer's bank account the fee of PLN 90 (gross).
  7. People who declare to run with a yellow chip shall pay a participation pack fee reduced by gross PLN 5. The fee once paid cannot be paid back which means that the applicants confirm that they are acquainted with the marathon's regualtions and they are ready to comply with them. At the same time they give their assent to process their personal data for the marathon's needs.
    Note:
    • after 8th October 2012 applications for participation will not be accepted
    • the participation fee shall appear in the organizer’s account by 11th October 2012
  8. The organizer do not take any resposibility for lost of applications and payment cofirmation with post or bank guilty.
  9. Verification of the competitors and delivering the starting numbers and keepsakes shall take place at the Organization Office at Poznan International Fair (Hall 15), Głogowska Street 14 at the following hours:
    • on 12th of October between 900 am and 900 pm (Friday)
    • on 13th of October between 900 am and 900 pm (Saturday)
    On the day of the marathon (Sunday) the Office will be closed.
  10. The chips are disposable and refundable – the fee for time measurement is included in the participation pack fee.
