Hints for runners

  1. Read the Regulations carefully.
  2. Do not put on new shoes on the competition day.
  3. Do not forget to have the chip at the starting line – fix it properly.
  4. Do not take valuable things with you.
  5. Do not leave your clothes bag with strangers – you can leave it in the changing room.
  6. Do not bring your own nutrients. We do not display them.
  7. Get your starting number as soon as possible – the organizers are not able to serve thousands of competitors at the same time.
  8. Be at the starting line reasonably early.
  9. If you do not feel good, contact the doctors or PCK (Polish Red Cross) volunteers, who will be present on the route – they will provide you with professional help.
